Pastor Kelsey has been in active ministry since 1992. He and his wife (Shawn) pastored in Burlington ON for twenty years, prior to that were involved in ministry in Niagara Falls. In the summer of 2013 the Kelsey family relocated to London to assume the pastorate of AGL. Pastor Kelsey and his wife have two children Amber and Caleb.
